The two thugs move in to take advantage of the unconcious Miss Power, but she has a surprise for them. Ripping off the steel chains she kicks one of the guys clean across the room.

Two drug dealers are at war with each other over territory, and for one of the men, he seems to have come up with the perfect solution: a bionic girl. After capturing his donor the drug dealer sends her off to be ‘bionicafied’ and when she returns in a skin-tight black costume, he tests out her new super powers. When his competitor threatens to completely overrun his business, the Bionic Girl appears and protects her master… but all is not as expected.

Well… Miss Power looks like she’s in a little bit of trouble. The two guys aren’t as dumb as they seem and the big guy socks it to her with a weapon that renders her weak and defenseless.
