I"m just curious because while Collazo didn't have copyright, he did have the trademark (the name). Then again, even there he'd lose out - SJC could easily have used the name "The Greatest American Hero" in a logo because the logo was copyrighted. Just as well - from what I saw it wasn't going to be anything like the original series - not even "GAHeroine" and that says something. They only have one trailers and a first episode with 5 minutes, the videos are not on youtube but in other video websites. they were hit with copyright and trademarks 'cease and desists' letters.
